This high level self-assessment gives you a simple yardstick to articulate how you feel about your understanding and ability to live your strengths. Use it to interact with friends and/or coaches who supports you in being your best without burning out.

If your total score is:
- 10 – 14 = Sweet Spot: Congratulations! You are doing fine. You could be living in your sweet spot. Be a mentor to someone who needs your help. It will do you good.
- 15 – 20 = Managed Zone: Overall you seem to be doing well. Examine your responses and see if any cause you concerns. Stay focused on your strengths and your high value roles.
- 20 – 34 = Danger Zone: You may think that you are living in your sweet spot but you could be losing your grip. Learn to prioritize. Put more “think time” in your life. Learn to filter more effectively. Seek help before you get worse.
- 35 – 50 = High Risk Zone: Things may be out of control. You need immediate changes. ASAP learn to redefine your roles, goals, and priorities. Seek help as soon as you can.
