  • 10 – 14 = Low Overload: Congratulations! You are doing fine. You have a well-balanced life. Be a mentor to someone who needs your help. It will do you good.
  • 15 – 20 = Managed Overload: You are doing well. Watch for overload traps.
  • 20 – 34= Danger Zone: You are overloaded. Learn to prioritize and filter wisely. Put more “think time” in your life. Learn to filter more effectively. Seek help before you get worse.
  • 35 – 50= Highly Overloaded: Things may be out of control. You need immediate changes. Redefine your roles, goals, and priorities. Seek help as soon as you can.
