- 10 – 17 = Ideal, Low Overload: Congratulations! You are doing fine. You have a well-balanced life. Be a mentor to someone who needs your help. It will do you good.
- 18 – 26 = Managed Overload: You are doing well. Watch for overload traps.
- 27 – 38 = Danger Zone: You are overloaded. Put more “think time” in your life. Prioritize your roles and use them to filter your tasks. Seek help from the important people in your life before you get worse.
- 39– 50 = Highly Overloaded: Things may be out of control. You need immediate changes. Redefine your roles, goals, and priorities. Seek help as soon as you can.
